Located in a residential area in the Madrid’s mountains, surrounded by rich vegetation and with a lake view. The building of 1360 m2 was designed in compliance with the ancient holm oaks which are in the property: in addition to the living spaces there are a terrace, a swimming pool, an art gallery and a wine cellar.

The design of the building was made of wood and Cor-Ten iron that recall the surrounding nature.
For the project the Total handle by Rodolfo Dordoni was used, characterized by a pure shape and without rosette.
